A Photographer’s Look at Turkey Ridge Ranch — Bluff Dale, Tx


I recently had the chance to visit Turkey Ridge Ranch after Ella reached out to see if I’d be interested in photographing the property, family and portraits. I’m so glad I said yes. What started as a landscape and portrait session turned into a full look at a venue that already feels special.


Capturing the Ranch

While I was there, I photographed the open landscape, the family, and individual portraits. The light and setting made everything easy to work with. Ella and the owners showed me around, walked me through the progress they’re making on the property, and even introduced me to the animals. It’s clear how much care is going into the place.


A Wedding Venue

Turkey Ridge Ranch is a beautiful location option for a wedding.  The open spaces, natural views, and relaxed atmosphere give couples room to move and photographers plenty of options for both ceremony and portrait photos. I could already picture how a wedding day would flow there and how beautiful the portraits would look against the ranch backdrop.


Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for a unique wedding venue near Stephenville or a quiet, serene place to stay with family, Turkey Ridge Ranch is worth checking out.
